For accommodation, only a non-refundable deposit of £200 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on February 1st, 2026. Any cancellations received before February 1st will have the £200 deposit retained. Should you need to cancel after February 1st, the full payment will be retained.

On the day of the event, please bring your ticket or email with you and present it to the staff on arrival. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
